Our holiday club is open to children in Reception –14 years. Activities are adapted and grouped by age to ensure everyone feels confident, included, and supported.

RK Holiday Camps runs from 8:00am to 5:00pm, providing flexible childcare for working families.

Children enjoy a wide variety of activities including multi-sports, arts and crafts, dance, performing arts, gymnastics, forest school activities, orienteering, team challenges. 

Yes. Safety is our top priority. All staff are DBS checked, trained, and experienced, with first aiders on site at all times. There is always a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) on-site. Activities are fully risk assessed and closely supervised.

Please send your child with:

A packed lunch and healthy snacks

A refillable water bottle

Comfortable clothing and trainers

Weather-appropriate items (coat, hat, sunscreen)

All items should be clearly labelled.

The cost is £40 per day, £175 for a 5 day week camp and £140 (Easter & May half term only) for a 4 day week camp.

We offer flexible booking options. You can book either 1 day  or 5 days depending on your needs.

We aim to be inclusive and supportive. Please let us know any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs during booking, and we will work with you to support your child

Yes. Children are grouped by age and ability, allowing them to make friends easily and take part in activities suited to their stage of development.

Yes — we run during most Half Terms, Easter & Summer Holidays.

We use positive reinforcement, clear expectations, and supportive strategies to create a happy, respectful environment.

Our staff are trained to support children who feel unsure. We gently encourage, reassure, and involve them in activities to help them settle quickly.
